Can I visit your showroom?

From 5th November our showroom will be closed temporarily following the latest announcement from the Government, however our Sales team will be available to call on 01829 289144 between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We're also available to contact online 24/7 by messaging our Facebook page or completing a contact form. You can also reserve any vehicle online for £99.

We will be operating a safe, click & collect service for those wanting to purchase a new or quality used car from us.

Do I need to wear a mask when I visit you?

Yes, to help keep our customers and staff safe we ask that you wear a face mask or suitable face covering when you visit us.

Can I still order a new or used vehicle from Carr & Griffiths?

Yes, our Sales team remain in place to complete the purchase with you over the phone, by email or online. You can also reserve any vehicle online for £99. We'll then arrange for you to safely collect your car from our car park via our Click & Collect service.

Is Service still open?

​Our Service Department is still fully operational and is available to customers by appointment only with all of the necessary measures in place to keep you and our team safe.

My MOT is due, can I book my vehicle in?

With the grace period now over and if your MOT is due after 1st August, you must book your MOT as normal. You can book yours by calling our team on 01829 289144 or completing a Contact Form.


Can I purchase parts for my vehicle?

Yes, our Parts Departments remains fully operational. To order a part, please call us on 01829 289144.
